University City is making headlines with its strong residential scene, as recent news reports underscore.

Major neighborhoods are leading home sales in the Charlotte region.

Several new communities along the LYNX line and both near and within University Research Park come with rich amenity packages.

Here are the details:

Highland Creek and adjacent Skybrook ranked in the top 6 neighborhoods in the whole Charlotte region for single-family closings in 2018, says the Business Journal. MORE

The LYNX light-rail line along North Tryon Street keeps generating new housing announcements, most recently Lumeo Apartments near the University City Blvd Station and NOVEL University Place near the JW Clay Blvd Station.

University Research Park is attracting new residents who want to live close to work, dining and the outdoors. Check out Mallard Pointe, NOVEL Research Park, Bainbridge Research Park and Aria at the Park, a for-sale townhome community by Mattamy Homes on Governor Hunt Road.
