Our light-rail decks – Park, shop, dine and more!

The parking decks being built at the JW Clay Boulevard and University City Boulevard transit stations will have hundreds of parking spaces but also shops, restaurants and other services on their first floors. Our executive director, Darlene Heater, explains why these decks have room for retail, and what kinds of uses may eventually fill that space.
