The sun was shining (and yes, it was hot enough to melt a slushie!), but that didn’t stop University City from showing up and showing out for the 2025 Juneteenth Art Festival. From colorful art displays to foot-tapping live performances and mouthwatering bites, the festival was packed with energy, culture, and pure fun.
Crowds filled the space from start to finish — and we mean packed! Vendors were busy from the word go, with some selling out completely. As Reesy from Juiiced Up Reesy shared, “The crowd was nonstop, and the love was REAL. Juices, slushies, sea moss lemonades, and acai bowls were flying out of our hands all day long!”
Of course, no great event is without its tiny adventures — let’s just say Mother Nature tried to add her own flair by sending a tent or two for a little spin! But thanks to the positive spirit of our vendors, volunteers, and guests, those hiccups were handled with grace and good humor.
We’re so grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make this celebration one for the books. And guess what? We’re already looking ahead to 2026 — bigger, bolder, and even juicier!
