Vanguard opened its first Charlotte office in 1997. Today, the company employs more than 2,400 professionals in the fields of financial advice, sales, information technology, human resources, and client service.

“University City Partners proudly extends a warm welcome to Vanguard Financial Group as they join our flourishing research park. The occupancy of this $1 billion development underscores the robustness of our vibrant and expanding community,” said University City Partners President and CEO Keith Stanley.

“Vanguard’s presence will enhance our ecosystem, fostering opportunities for collaboration, investment, and employment growth. This milestone announcement reaffirms the increasing acknowledgment of our region as a dynamic nucleus for innovation and economic advancement.”

The office is expected to open in 2025.
