Welcome, Drew Gaertner!

University City Partners is pleased to welcome Drew Gaertner as our newest team member! Drew will serve as our Senior Manager of Economic & Land Development.

As a former member of the Childress Klein Student Managed Real Estate Investment Fund, Drew refined his skills in investment analysis and management. Formerly employed as the Director of Land Planning for a private firm, Drew initiated efforts to optimize processes and train new team members, showcasing strong leadership abilities.

With a wealth of experience in urban planning and development, including positions at the City of Wilmington and the City of Salisbury, Drew possesses a deep understanding of zoning regulations and development procedures, alongside proficiency in GIS and AutoCAD.

Drew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and graduated with a double major in Applied Geography and International Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
