New Apartment Brand Planned Near McCullough Station

Last month, Alliance Residential Company acquired 2.92 acres at 8430 N. Tryon Street. The property, Prose McCullough Station, is a new brand for Alliance Residential that will sit across from McCullough Station. Expect five stories and 297 one– and two-bedroom units that are designed to offer high-quality living. Units will become available in fall 2023.  Read the Charlotte Business Journal article here.
