Harris Blvd.) and other participating Charlotte area Chick-fil-A restaurants, and the company will donate 10% of the order price to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. The campaign ends Nov. 21.

Donate coats at Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery

The sweet-treats shop near IKEA (6925 University City Blvd.) is collecting winter coats for WSOC-TV’s Steve’s Coats For Kids campaign.

Donate a new or gently used coat in child or adult sizes, and get 10% off your order of fresh cupcakes, cakes and vegan ice cream.

Owner-operators Steve and Samantha White say this is a small way for them to give thanks to the community for supporting their business during the pandemic. MORE
