Sabor at JW Clay Blvd LYNX parking deck

Sabor will be near the university’s future hotel and conference center, now under construction

Retail space at the JW Clay Blvd LYNX parking deck has its second tenant. Sabor Latin Street Grill opened in December on the JW Clay Boulevard side of the building.

Atrium Health Urgent Care University City opened in October.

Sabor is a locally owned fast-food chain featuring foods from several Latin American countries, plus beer, wine and cocktails.

The University store at 9325 JW Clay Blvd. is Sabor’s 14th location and its first at a light-rail stop. The restaurant is open 11 am-9 pm daily.

The parking decks at the JW Clay Blvd and University City Blvd transit stops are the first parking facilities along the LYNX line to offer commercial space for lease.
