Corporate Information Technologies (CIT), a leading technology and information security management company, invites the public to the open house for its new corporate headquarters at One University Place.

The open house will take place 4-6 pm Aug. 23, at 8801 J M Keynes Drive, Suite 250.

CIT relocated to One University Place after 20 years in NoDa.

CIT’s new corporate headquarters provides facilities for its 24×7 network and security operations centers, sales engineering, and executive offices.

CIT’s professional technologists provide services to small- to midmarket clients in the United States and five countries internationally.

The search for a new HQ

CIT engaged the services of Cherry & Associates for its headquarters search and relocation.

“From the beginning of this project, it was made clear that access to walkable amenities and the Blue Line would be critical to maintain and grow the culture of the company,” says Joe Cherry of Cherry and Associates.

“With the new Blue Line Extension right outside their front door, there’s no doubt that our friends at CIT will be enjoying the connectivity that this provides.”

CIT drawn by “an incredible array of benefits”

CIT’s President, Lawrence Cruciana, commented, “We started with a blank slate in considering our relocation. The University City area and specifically the team at Origin Properties and Trinity Properties met truly all of our needs.

“The area offers such an incredible array of benefits including excellent housing options, amazing restaurants, and a world class University with nationally recognized computer science and engineering programs.

“We’re excited to deepen our relationships with resources in the area which will benefit all involved.”

Origin Investments purchased One University Place in 2015 and completed a multi-million-dollar renovation in 2017. Trinity Partners handles leasing and management of the four story, 80,891-square-foot office building overlooking the lake at University Place.
