Best Wine Fest Yet!

Apr 26, 2018 | Events

Play our 2018 Wine Fest Video and enjoy the fun!

The second annual Wine Vault University City Wine Fest is now history – and what a great event it was, with more than 1,200 attendees helping raise $20,000 for our libraries while enjoying wine, beer, tasty food and live music lakeside at University Place.

“We were thrilled with the response to The Wine Vault University City Wine Fest and loved sharing our long-time appreciation for wine by the lake with many more people this year!” says University City Partners Executive Director Darlene Heater.

“The new additions to this year’s festival were hugely popular, and we look forward to continuing to improve and add new features next year as we grow this event for our community,” she adds. “And, of course, we are so appreciative of our sponsors who bring this festival to life.”

Libraries benefit from Wine Fest

The boardwalk was crowded!

Proceeds from the Wine Fest will benefit University City Regional Library and Sugar Creek Library.

Each library will receive $10,000 to use for programs.

Thanks to Everett Blackmon, Circulation Services Manager at the University City Regional Library, for providing the photos in this post.

Stay tuned for the third annual Wine Fest. Details to come at UniversityCityWineFest.org.
