Picasso's Sports Cafe

Picasso’s is in the McCullough Commons center at North Tryon Street and East WT Harris Boulevard

Well, I’m back guys and I’m fuller than before!

For my second Tasty Tuesday I chose a hidden treasure called Picasso’s Sports Café. Picasso’s is located in McCullough Commons, right at the corner of W.T. Harris and N. Tryon Street.

When you walk into Picasso’s you automatically think, “Now, this is the hometown bar that everyone dreams about!” This place is decked out with sports memorabilia from all over, but most importantly they love the UNC – Charlotte sports teams.

My friend and I sat ourselves because that’s what this place is about, it’s the please come in and make yourself at home kind of vibe, which everyone enjoys. With in two minutes of seating ourselves a waitress came up and took our drink orders, while leaving us with some menus to browse over.

The Picasso’s menu has anything you could want and so we did what any great college kids would, and ordered everything we desired! We chose the Carnivora Pizza, Lemon Pepper Wings, Hot Garlic Wings, and just to have some greens a side house salad.

Our waitress kindly took our order, refilled our drinks and by the time we said two sentences our salad was served and boy was it yummy. As soon as we finished our salad the pizza and wings (pictured) were delivered and to say my mouth was watering was an understatement.

Picasso’s has mastered the art of flavor and perfect portion sizes. My friend and I left nothing on our plates, not even the celery that came with the wings. If you are looking for a hometown bar, delicious food, and a quick drink you will need to stop by Picasso’s.

Go swing in and taste what I am talking about!
