Haley Chilcott

Haley with her walking buddy, Omega

Haley Chilcott is our new Marketing Communications Intern here at University City Partners. Haley is an undergraduate student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is majoring in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations.

After graduation in May, Haley hopes to find a creative, challenging position that will allow her to become an innovative PR practitioner.

As an undergrad, Haley has been highly involved in campus life from Special Olympics to the Sailing Club. She is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society, Order of Omega Honor Society, as well as Chi Omega Fraternity.

Haley has held 2 positions in her chapter of Chi Omega: the 2017 President and the 2016 Director of Social/Friendship. She is also on the 2018 Greek Week Executive Board and is a highly active member of UNC Charlotte’s Greek community.

Originally from Santa Anna, California, Haley has an “extreme” passion for authentic Mexican food and margaritas. She is always looking for a good place to eat that provides a unique experience to go along with the food.

Haley also enjoys spending time outdoors, specifically on the greenway, with her 30-pound mutt named Omega.

In her spare moments, Haley enjoys daydreaming, reading Nicholas Sparks novels and looking up places to visit. She plans to eventually eat her way around the globe and learn how to “rough it” the right way.

Haley describes herself as bubbly, down to earth and always looking for an intriguing conversation, so don’t be afraid to say hi, she says.
