One of University City’s most visible office parks, Mallard Creek Center, has been sold for 19.8 million, The Charlotte Observer reports.
The center’s signature building sits at the corner of West W.T. Harris Boulevard and Mallard Creek Road.
The six-building park on Cliff Cameron Drive includes 259,226 square feet of space and a 7-acre undeveloped lot.
Mallard Creek Center tenants include Cognizant, Corus360, Farm Bureau Insurance and Securitas.
