Bonds will make safer places for people on J.W. Clay Blvd

JW Clay Boulevard, the main road through the retail-residential development of University Place, is not welcoming to people on foot or bicycle.

That will change, if voters approve the 2016 Charlotte municipal transportation bonds on the Nov. 8 ballot.
