The facility is within 10 minutes of I-85, I-77 and I-485, and with 20 minutes of uptown Charlotte and Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. Numerous restaurants and other services are within a mile.

University Business Park

University Business Park9700 Research Drive in University Research Park.

Short- and long-term office space ranging from just under 200 square feet to suites for up to 10 people are available in this one-story office building in University Research Park near the new Duke Energy facility, the EPRI research center and the corporate headquarters of Rack Room Shoes – Off Broadway Shoes.

Rates start at $325 a month including utilities. Services include month-to-month leases, free conference room and break room, 24-four access and nearby jogging trails in a parklike setting. Furnished offices are also available.

Holden Properties is a 30-year-old locally owned company with six locations including warehouse space.
