The building has ample parking (ration 6.5/1,000 sf). Amenities include a fitness center with showers, scenic outdoor dining patio and several walking trails. The building has dual-feed fiber provided by Time Warner.

Three Resource Square is close to many hotels, dining and other services, including several restaurants within a half mile. The site is also within 5 minutes of I-77, I-85 and I-485; 15 minutes of uptown Charlotte; and 20 minutes of Charlotte-Douglas International Airport. UNC Charlotte, a major urban research university with 28,000 students, is also within 10 minutes.

Republic Services, America’s No. 2 solid-waste management company, recently leased 82,375 sf in Three Resource Square. The company has announced plans to hire 350 people for one of three nationwide service centers. Other companies with offices nearby in University Research Park include Electrolux, TIAA, IBM, Duke Energy and Wells Fargo.
