Transit Oriented Development

University City Gateway mixed-use development – Developer plans mixed-use University City Gateway near University City Boulevard transit station. Details:

University City Community Apartments – Two rezonings by the same investment group could bring 1,000 apartments and other uses to North Tryon Street beside University City Boulevard transit station. Details:

Red Ventures growth plans – The Charlotte Business Journal reports that the fast-growing internet marketing company plans to triple its work force here by 2017.
