Coconut Groove Band performing at University Place

University Place rocks every Thursday evening in April with its free Spring Concert Series, 6-9 pm at the lake.

Each week stars a different rock-solid band, beginning April 6 with the Coconut Groove Band’s feel-good brand of pop, soul, funk, and blues. Bring friends, dine lakeside, and enjoy the free entertainment.

Each of these veteran bands has a distinctive style that fans have loved for decades (The Voltage Brothers have been charging up crowds since 1969 in Rochester, NY!). Click on the links to learn more and get an earful of what to expect at University Place.

The Shoppes at University Place are at North Tryon Street and West W.T. Harris Boulevard. Concerts take place at the lakeside stage beside the main bridge over the lake. For GPS, use 8929 JM Keynes Drive. More details
