Every Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m., April to October, the hospital hosts a farmers’ market. Through partnerships with YMCA of Greater Charlotte located inside the University and Lake Norman YMCAs, community members can meet with nurses and nutritionists, take part in a variety of different educational and recreational opportunities and learn more about preventive health and wellness education programs.
