University City Partners Scope of Services

Work with key transportation agencies to monitor transportation planning for University City and communicate effectively with UCP stakeholders to engage them in advocacy as needed.
Complete any remaining work on University City Area Plan and begin its implementation
Monitor all area rezonings and convene Board subcommittee to review proposed rezonings
Identify key rezonings and work with property owners and Planning staff to begin
Rezoning to become transit supportive
Complete redesign of website and newsletter
Build interactive listing of MSD’s businesses for website and use newsletters and other mailings and events like the Breakfast Briefings to drive traffic to area businesses
Devise a communication system with police that alerts businesses to problems and makes them more proactive in crime prevention
